Q.Avocado Leaf Issues
Hi. I have a about 3 year old avocado tree that I grew myself from seed. It’s been doing pretty well until recently. Whenever it sprouts new leaves they always look nice and healthy at first, but after a week or so, the start to crumble and die at the tips. I recently repotted it in a new pot with drainage (since the last one did not have any), but after a months time, I still see no changes. Idk if I just need to be patient, or if there’s something else wrong. Thank you in advance

It's likely a moisture/humidity/light issue. Note that trees grown from seed will not be the same as the parent. It may or may not produce fruit. Here are tips about taking care of an avocado tree that should help:
