n prior to planting . Thankyou.I I have put in the Bin 8 plants now would you advise me to get rid of them all or wait to see if they are infected.Cant upload a picture as I have none on file.

You can wait to see if they all have it, because it's possible the leaf hopper skipped a few plants while feeding. Only the plant material is infected and can only be transmitted by a leaf hopper injecting his saliva into the plant.
