Astilbe Amethyst Roots

Question

I would like to know how specifically to grow these roots indoors. I don’t want to wait until the weather gets warmer. I’m afraid that if I do, they’ll rot.

Pot the bare roots into 1 gallon nursery pots using a good quality potting soil.
Water the containers and place them in a cool and bright location.
Move outdoors when danger of frost has passed.
