Asparagus

Question

Growing asparagus for the first time (from small plants, not seeds). They are growing well. Tall, bushy ferns. I know we don’t harvest for a few years, but what do we do with the ferns? Do we cut them or just leave them to grow and grow? Some are two feet tall now.
