Q.As A Retailer How Long Should We Accept A Return?

Customer bought a rare plant two months ago and is now saying I planted it wrong and it’s not doing well. All symptoms also point to recent fires causing smoke problems with plants in this area in general. Am I responsible for refunding two months later?
