Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy arugula is about two foot high and flowering. (It is mid-winter here in Australia.) Should I cut it back to the ground and await a spring crop? Not sure what to do. Thanks.

If your plants have bolted you will need to harvest or remove.
