Are Tomatoes With This Brown At The Top Okay Or Is It A Disease?

I looked up tomato diseases, but this is my first year with a garden. I know growth cracks come from change in watering, but they all also have this brown top like in the picture attached. Are these okay?

It looks like the skin cracking has opened the plant to infection. Since you know how to prevent skin cracking, now, it will be much easier to prevent this in the future.
