Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted this dogwood 2 years ago in an obvious bad spot. I noticed these growing from the bottom of the tree and then read about suckers? The new bottom branches look healthy while the top is curled up pretty tightly and not as healthy? Should I cut the bottom branches off?

Yes, you always need to remove suckers. A stressed tree will produce more. Here is information to help grow your dogwood:
