Are These Poppies To Close To Eachother?

i started growing these guys about 56 days ago and am still waiting for a stem to pop out and info on when and if the will grow a stem would be greatly appreciated these seeds were a goodbye present from my grandma that passed away they are indoor grown.

Because these are growing indoors, I cannot help with the cultivation, in depth. This could present legal issues, and that isn't something that anyone wants.

They will not likely flower indoors without special treatment. However, you can choose to care for it as a non-flowering houseplant.
