Q.Are there night scented plants that I can get in Germany?
My husband and I moved to Ramstein, Germany last year(military). We have 12 bats roosting along our house this summer and I’m trying to find very scented day/ night bloomers for them(to attract insects). Bats are endangered over here so I really want to provide an amazing habitat for the rest of summer and to return to next year. Germany has the same weather as Virginia during the winter but the colder months are a bit more prolonged/wet and summers are shorter/dry. I’d really love some input on plants to grow in ground or potted.
Photo of the type of bat(pipistrelle) is living along my house. I absolutely love watching them dive and swoop in my yard.

You will want to ask around the local nurseries there. You can always check any online nursery but when you get from something local then you can be sure that it will survive in your area. The best way to learn about the vegetation in the area will be to ask others what they can and can't plant there.
Here is an website to give a few examples of what you may be looking for, though: https://www.hgtv.com/outdoors/flowers-and-plants/flowers/night-blooming-flowers-pictures
