Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy mother (western NY.) Had a “moon” flower that had seeds that looked like cucumbers seeds. I just ordered some moon flowers for myself but they do not look like my mother’s did. Can you explain what the difference is? When in bloom they both look alike. Thank you

I know there are different plants called moonflowers, but if the different seeds produce the same plants, they may be slightly different varieties. There are also vines as well as short shrubs. Maybe the new one will be a purple variety when it matures. Here are a couple articles with tips:
