Are there companies in Cleveland, OH that will undertake shipping plants? I am hoping to find help here. I am moving to San Diego, CA from Cleveland, OH. I have 8 plants that I wish to take with me. I plan on getting a phyto-sanitary inspection certificate for each.

1) If I ship by USPS, where do I put the certificate?
2) Should I ship each plant in individual boxes?
3) At what point and where will the USDA conduct inspection?
4) Are there any plant shipping companies in Cleveland, OH?
