Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comGeneral suggestions are that the soil be steamed (in pressure cookers or by other means) or heated in oven or microwave to a temperature of about 175 *F. I wish to know if there are chemical methods available for soaking soil in their solutions for killing harmful bacteria/germs etc. – may be for bit longer time than one may think of.
