Is there really a true blue Hibiscus? If so, where would you find one?

While it is not a ‘true’ hibiscus, what is referred to as Blue Hibiscus is actually a mallow relative and looks very similar to the hibiscus. Here is more information on this beautiful plant: http://cals.arizona.edu/mohave/master_gardeners/kingman/articles/bluehibiscus.pdf [1] There is also a Blue Satin rose of sharon (hibiscus relative). A local search online or asking your local garden center will yield some results as to where you may find one of these jewels in your area.
