Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHi I am new to vegetable gardening. I have some red cabbages growing nicely in some big containers. Some of the leaves are smothering other veg. If I were to prune a few of the leaves, can I cook and eat them while they are looking so tender, rather than composting them, as I would say with broccoli? Are they edible? Thanks
