Apricot Tree Is Noe Producing Fruit

Trees(2)are 6 years old, approx. 8/9 ft. tall - flowered last season - No Fruit - Fertilized with phosphorus last year and this year - This year trees did not flower and No Fruit buds on trees - Can you shred some light ? - Thanks - Harry
