Apricot tree dieback

I have a 2 year old apricot tree in my garden and the branches are starting to die back. The leaves on a particular branch wilt and die. I’ve cut off the dead branch but it is spreading to other branches. Suckers are coming up from around the drip line. What can I do to save this tree, and is it likely to affect other fruit trees? I have peach, grape, Apple, pluot, pear, cherry, blueberries.

Suckers should be cut from the tree as soon as they appear.

They can take energy from the tree and can allow root stock takeover.

Are there signs of insects or pests on the tree?
Do the leaves have holes, leaf damage, yellowing or color changes?
The leaf drop can be caused by several diseases that are known to effect Apricot or stone fruit trees.
