What could be eating my apricots? The orchard is completely covered, so no birds get in. Appreciate your help please.

It looks like something with teeth are dining on your fruit.
Without know the exact area that your are dealing with this issue, it's difficult to name the possible culprits.

My best guess would be Bats of some variety. They can enter in a very tiny space.
I would suggest checking with your local County Extension Office if you are in the US. They may have more information on the local orchard pests.
