Appropriate Ground Cover

I have a garden that runs the width of my yard. It’s about 9-10 feet deep. There are a few crepe myrtles and boxwood trees already planted several years ago. I want to plant agapanthus but need to know what ground cover would pair well with them. I don’t want anything that grows tall. I want something that will crawl and lay low.
