Q.Application Rates For Soil Amendments And Fertilizers

Zone 79118 | pooletools added on December 6, 2021 | Answered

when i go and try to find information on application rates for soil amendments and fertilizers, I usually get Lbs. per 1,000 square feet. Presently, I do not have near that much square footage that I am gardening. How do you calculating the rate for smaller square footage? Say less than 100 square feet.

You can, simply, divide 1000 by 10 to get the calculation for 100 square feet! So divide the rates by 10 to get what you will need for that space.
