What is this disease? Are the apples still edible? I put coated red sphere traps on last spring when I was supposed to. How can I prevent this disease? Thanks a million!

The raised bumpy areas may be caused by the Capsid bug:

I am not sure what the gray blotches are but they look like they could be either bitter pit or apple skin spot. It could also be a mild case of apple scab. All of these would be safe to eat, but bitter pit could cause poor flavor.
