Q.Aphids

Anonymous added on April 29, 2014 | Answered

Where do aphids come from? Once we get rid of them, can we keep them from coming back? We also have quite a few fire ants. Do they also protect the aphids or is it just plain ants?

Aphids can be found nearly anywhere, attacking nearly any plant. Ants are often attracted to the honeydew these pests leaves behind. Neem oil is an effective treatment for aphids. Once the aphids are gone, the ants will (or should) leave too.
