aphids and ants on trees

There are aphids and ants on Japanese dwarf and red sunset maple. Is there any home treatment that will work to control these white spots on bark? I have pets and don’t want to use harsh chemicals but I’m afraid the problem is just getting worse.

Neem Oil is a great treatment for Aphids and most pests.
Neem Oil is organic and safe for people, pets and Bees.
