Ants in My Strawberries

I have a raised bed that has strawberries coming back from last year. I was weeding them and removing the straw I placed over it for the winter, and ants are everywhere. I may have disturbed a mound and not realized it when I was raking it, but I can’t find where they are coming from! How can I safely kill them without hurting my plants? Chemicals are not an option.
