Ant Like Bugs Under My Plumeria Plant

Question

I have recently brought my Plumeria plant back outside for summer, there has been dirt coming out of the holes of the bottom of the pot that my plumeria is planted in, i noticed today that there are several ants or ant like bugs all over the soil that is coming out of the drain holes, plus i seen ants coming from the drain holes as well, there has not been any ants on the top of the soil or on the plant itself. How do i get rid of these ants? Thanks-Sherri Hooper
