Q.Ants in Compost

Anonymous added on January 12, 2014 | Answered

I have a pretty nice compost heap. However, there a millions of ants in it. They do help break down scraps but they are a nuisance. How can I get rid of them before I need to use the compost this spring?

Cornmeal is often used in home remedies for treating ants.
