Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI’m in zone 5b and planted 2 flats of annual vincas about 40 days ago. They are in full sun. I fertilized with ozmocote when planted. Although they look healthy they have not grown at all. Any idea why? Im wondering if I should rip them out and try something different.

This plant would prefer a drier partial sun location and does not generally need fertilizer.
