An Plant Identification application

I’d like to know if there is an Apple App that does plant identifying by picture.
I got PlantNet but it does not work well.

There are a few, but they are all about the same unless you pay for them. Visit your iTunes store, and look under for similar apps. They are all limited, and nothing takes the place of personal knowledge of the plant.
