Thank you for sending us your gardening question.

It doesn't look like it was planted in the ground. Is it in a container? You may want to contact the vendor because a lot of reputable sources will guarantee their trees and shrubs for a year. You can tell if it is still alive by scratching off some bark. If it is green underneath, it is still alive.

It is hard to keep an evergreen alive indoors during the holiday season. Dry, warm air is very damaging. As soon as the holidays are over, it should be planted outside. Here is more:
