Are these newly planted bulbs or last year's bulbs you are reblooming? If they are new bulbs you wouldn't want to cut back the leaves till after blooming. You can try more light or staking them.

If these are bulbs that have bloomed before you are supposed to bring them inside and withold water till the leaves yellow and wither. Then cut off the leaves and store the bulb in a cool, dark place till new leaves start to form, about 4 to 12 weeks.
