How do I care for an amaryllis that has been planted in a vase without drainage holes? It was a gift.

Only water if the top 1 inch of soil is dry. If it is flowering, repot when blooming is over. Otherwise, repot now. Some people throw out amaryllis when flowering is over. If this is your plan, don't worry about repotting.
