Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe live in Jacksonville and there’s been no rain the past two weeks. I’ve been taking care of my mom’s garden (I have very little plant knowledge) and she gave me a watering schedule to follow which was watering every other day. She has this 3 year old fig tree/plant(?) that is starting to yellow. I’m not sure but does it look like I’ve been over-watering it or under-watering it? Thank you.

Figs only need water about once a week, so I'd say they are being overwatered. Yellow leaves indicate stress, and it's important to determine what is stressing them. This article should help:
