Q.Am I Doing This Right?
New to Plumerias. I got this cutting from someone and was wondering if it looks healthy and if it\’s finally growing leaves? It is in a nursery pot and I used a rooting hormone with perlite and soil. I originally planted it in Florida but had to come to Utah for a while.
