Aloe Plants

Hello. I am asking this question for my mother. She has a few Aloe plants that a are growing very well. and one which seems to be having some type of weird leaf growth (see picture ). She doesn’t know what is going on…

This could be caused by pests. Inspect the plant for signs of insects or insect damage.
