All the plum tree blossoms have died

Tree had lots of blossoms but it has all died and leaves are all curled up.

Given the presence of curled leaves, you could possibly have leaf curl plum aphids on your tree. Large infestations could affect the quality and quantity of blooms. More information on this pest, and a course of treatment, can be found in the following article:
