All Branches On My Jacaranda Tree Were Blown Off In Torrential Rain & Wind Storm Will They Grow Back?

Planted my 6 ft Jacaranda tree just before severe storm where all its branches were blown off. Will the Jacaranda tree regrow its branches?

It should if it didn't sustain root damage as well. Since you recently planted the tree, it didn't have much time to establish. Was it uprooted as well? Replanting as soon as possible is important because dried out roots usually don't recover. Here is more:
