Algerian dwarf clementine

I have an Algerian dwarf clementine indoors in a pot which has suddenly lost its leaves but the bottom ones seem healthy. I have repotted in a bigger clay pot, made sure it is not under or over watered and checked the pH level. Would you know from the attached photos what may be causing this? I am from Ottawa, Canada.

I am not sure why but the other photos are not showing with the current showing just the top portion without the leaves and only a few leaves at the bottom.
