aloe advice

Question

I was given an aloe plant. I can’t tell where the mother plant is. The pot is full and large part of the plant are hanging out of the pot. I have it sitting on my porch for now, until I know how to help this poor plant. I’m going to try to send a picture so you can see what I’m talking about. I hope you can tell me what to do.
