Agapanthus not blooming

My Agapanthus did not bloom last year. I split them last year and this year I see others blooming around the city but I have no blooms. They are located in a full sun area. Why my Agapanthus are not blooming?

Try adding some phosphorus rich fertilizer, such as bone meal, to the soil to promote flowering.
