Agapanthus

Why do the outside leaves keep going yellow and slimy. The plant looks healthy and the flowers are amazing at the moment but wonder if I am over watering

You should treat your plants with Neem Oil. Neem Oil is organic and will take care of most sucking insects.
It is safe for people, pets and Bees.
