My evergreen agapanthus are looking crumpled and yellow after the snow smothered them. What should I do to revive them please?

Wait until it is warmer, and new growth returns, and you can prune off anything that dies after this time. It will likely recover. Just care for it as usual. This article will give you more information on the care of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/agapanthus/agapanthus-plant-care.htm
