Q.After Transplanting To A Pot, Can They Be Left Out In The Winter Or Bring Them Inside?

It depends on your USDA hardiness zone and the hardiness zone of the plant in question. Your hardiness zone is 7b. If the plant is hardy two zones less, for example at least to zone 5b, it should do OK outside in a container.
