hosta has bloomed and flowers have fallen off

After the hosta has bloomed and flowers have fallen off, do I cut the long stem off? Or will that stem get more flowers? My hostas have bloomed and the flowers are now falling off and the long stems are turning brown.

No, there won’t be anymore flowers on them this year, so go ahead and cut them.
