Q.Watering Desert Rose Sprouts After Seeds Germinate

Anonymous added on June 15, 2012 | Answered

I thought it was dead after fire in cold weather, no place to put it; but it came back. I transplanted seeds from last summer have gotten one to start (germinate) but do not know how to keep it from becoming dormant. After two weeks, it seems ok but still need to know how to take care of it. . . direct sun, how much water, etc.
