Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comAfter harvesting my cauliflower head, do I leave the remaining leaves on the plant? You can dispose of the plant after you harvest the cauliflower head; it won’t continue to produce. However, be sure to blanch the cauliflower before harvest to keep the head sweet and white in color.
