Q.After Flowering, What’s The Best Way To Store Indoor Hyacinths? Do They Need Soil And Water?
Hello! A few months ago I purchased some indoor hyacinths and the leaves have just died for two of the bulbs. Now that the leaves are gone, how should I store the bulbs? I’ve read online that it’s best to leave in a cool, dark place until spring, and some sites even suggest refrigerating them. I have a couple of questions regarding this. Can the cold of the fridge harm the bulbs? Should I keep the bulbs in soil, or remove them? Should I continue to water the bulbs just as I have up to this point? Thank you!
