than the 5 inches they are now? No growth for 3 weeks but full of blossoms on tomato plants. My garden has been in same place for 4 years Never have had this issue. Do blossoms need to be removed so plant can grow?

If you do not test and amend your soil after each growing season, then your soil may be deficient in nutrients. It could be that your soil is high in phosphorus and potassium, but low in nitrogen. Your pH could be a little high, as well.
I would recommend testing your soil and amending, accordingly.
