Q.Advice On What To Plant
I have a small rectangle spot by my front door that’s full shade. I’d like to plant a no-fuss perennial that flowers all summer long, preferably white flowers if possible. Would have a suggestion of what to plant and when to plant it?

The full sun might be too much for hydrangeas and Japanese maples, but boxwoods prefer full sun. You would need to get some that stay under 4 feet, though. They are slow growing so get as large as you can afford if you choose those. Other full sun foundation shrubs are holly, weigela, barberry, rose, abelia, Sunshine Ligustrum. Some of the newer hydrangeas that bloom on new wood may be able to take full sun. Be sure to read the tags.
