Additional Harvesting Of Potatoes

Question

My potatoes are in large pots. Once the leaves start turning yellow, I found small potatoes under them. After digging those small potatoes up, will the plant produce another crop, or is it just a one time crop?

The tubers continue to mature so you should have more to harvest.
