Adding Superphosphate to Existing Bulb Plants

I’m quite certain the addition of superphosphate to the many daffodils that I’ve planted that only leaves and no flowers show up in the spring will turn things around. Especially since I have report that tells me my soil is very low in phosphorous.

I’m guessing that making a hole next to the daffodils and filling with triple superphosphate would help. Or would laying the product on the soil get similar results.

Interesting technique you have thought up, and I would say go for it!
You do need to water the bulbs to get the fertilizer to them.
